Just a quick update this week on KySat-2 via a couple of photos:

The first is of the first flight-unit body mounted solar panel. There will be four panels of this design and four of the deployables. The gold plating will really make the spacecraft look great.

We've been working to get the deployment spacing just right so that the panels don't hit each other when they open in orbit. The pic to the right shows the panels fully deployed.

Watch our twitter account - @kyspace - later this week as our anodized frames will be coming in and the builds of KySat-2 will start looking like the fight model.
